Vision Development

According to the Pew Research Center, both Protestant and Catholic congregations are experiencing losses in population share while all subsets of the religiously unaffiliated population continues to grow. This creates a unique challenge for congregations, most of whom experience the results of these social changes in shrinking membership and consequently fewer resources for ministry.  

While some faith communities wring their hands over this changing social landscape, unsure of how to move forward, others accept the challenge this new paradigm offers as an opportunity to discover the ministry and life they are now being called toward.
